This policy explains what information may be processed when you use Tech Wiki (the “Site”) and how cookies and external services may work. The policy may change if the Site’s operations or services change.
1. Information that may be processed
Server logs
The web server and security systems may automatically process your IP address, browser and device information (User-Agent), access time, requested URL, referring page, and error records. WordPress comments

5. Why information is processed
The Site may process information as needed to:
- deliver pages and comment features;
- maintain site reliability, diagnose errors, and prevent or respond to security incidents;
- detect spam and malicious activity;
- meet legal obligations and handle disputes; and
- deliver and measure advertising if Google advertising products are introduced after approval.
6. Retention
The Site keeps information only for as long as needed to operate and secure the Site or meet applicable legal obligations. When the purpose ends and no separate retention duty applies, the information may be deleted or made harder to associate with an individual. Comments may be retained while needed to preserve conversation context and manage spam.
7. Service providers and disclosure
Hosting, security, spam prevention, embedded-content, and future advertising providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Each provider handles information under its own policies and applicable law. The Site may also disclose relevant information when legally required or when needed to protect the Site and its users.
8. Your choices and requests
You can delete or block cookies in your browser and manage personalized advertising choices in Google Ads Settings. To request access to, correction of, deletion of, or limits on the processing of information associated with you, use the Site’s Contact page. The response may depend on the nature of the request, applicable law, security needs, or record-retention duties. The Site may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised when the Site’s operations, services, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will display a new effective date.
